MAXWELL AIR FORCE BASE, Ala. (AFNS) —
Two of the finest instructors in the Air Force received Air Force Junior ROTC Instructor of the Year awards for the 2018-2019 academic year at Maxwell Air Force Base.

The Senior Aerospace Science Instructor of the Year award was given to Retired Col. Gina Humble, Baltimore Polytech Institute. Retired Senior Master Sgt. James Core III, Cypress Ridge High School, Houston, was recognized as the Aerospace Science Instructor of the Year.

Core will receive his award in San Antonio in August, and Humble will accept her award in Maryland in September.
