Secretary of U.S. Army Esper spoke at commissioning of Texas A&M cadets

The secretary of the U.S. Army, Mark T. Esper, spoke on Friday at Texas A&M campus for the commissioning of the graduates as Army second lieutenants.

He spoke about how they will now become leaders.

Texas A&M raises up the most officers out of any school other than the U.S. Military academies.
